Nathan is a member of Naicatchewenin First Nation and resides in Fort Frances. Since September 2023, he has served as Project Lead for the Cecilia Jeffery Indian Residential School, where he oversees the land transfer of the property and provides guidance and support to the CJ Advisory Council, consultants, and legal counsel in the search for missing children and unmarked graves. He plays a key role in project coordination and information sharing among the CJ Advisory Council, Treaty #3 communities, Ontario and Canada government funders, and Grand Council Treaty #3 administration, including supporting community engagement sessions and outreach activities. In his spare time, Nathan and his wife, Sarah, enjoy supporting their children in sports, which often takes them on the road together.
