Katherine Jeremiah-Genier is a youth advocate, Studio Manager at Quilts for Survivors, and co-founder of Walking Forward Together, supporting Survivor-centred advocacy, community healing, and youth empowerment. Originally from Missanabie Cree First Nation, with ties to North Caribou Lake First Nation, and based in Timmins, Ontario, they also serve on multiple youth and advisory councils across Canada, including the NAN Oshkaatisak Council. As the child of a Survivor and a second-generation Survivor, Katherine carries this truth into their advocacy, creating meaningful spaces for healing, truth, and community care.
