Joel Dickau leads the Reference Team at the Archives of Ontario. After a long journey in academic history, Joel returned to archival work with a focus on making archives more welcoming to new researchers and more engaging for those who regularly use them. Beyond the archives, he is currently working on a book exploring the history of Toronto’s foodways.
